Summary: The role of Clinical Provider involves supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled video sessions on the telehealth platform 'Intellect'. This freelance remote position allows for flexible business hours and aims to enhance mental health access by partnering with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors. The position focuses on addressing various clinical cases and collaborating with an internal clinical team to improve the program. Local candidates are preferred, but others may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
Key Skills:
- Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and their local language.
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.
- Open to working onsite if necessary is a plus.
