Summary: The Clinical Business Analyst will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the optimization of data flows for clinical trial systems and external data sources. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Understand, document, and optimize data flows for clinical trial systems and external data sources.
- Ensure data integrations are robust and well-defined to support analytical and operational needs.
- Facilitate data governance within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance data processes and analytical tools.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research domain.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and systems (CTMS, eTMF).
- Experience with data integration concepts and technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is highly desirable.
