Summary: The role of Client Delivery Manager for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services involves managing and enhancing client relationships while ensuring successful service delivery and cloud transformation initiatives. The position requires strong operational SAP experience and effective communication skills to bridge technical and managerial discussions. The role is fully remote and is expected to last until October 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns, develops and supports the growth of the client relationship for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) and acts as the voice of the client within SAP
- Accountable for the entire ECS engagement and acts as escalation point
- Leads the engagement with supporting ECS functions and roles to deliver as per contract and in line with customer expectation
- Actively drives the cloud transformation agenda to ensure S/4 HANA adoption
- Oversees client onboarding activities, upgrade projects and other service delivery initiatives
- Conduct regular service review meetings with client (operational and strategic topics)
- Performs contract compliance and risk management (project and business risks)
- Ensure seamless alignment across multiple ECS and SAP internal and external stakeholders
- Performs sustainable relationship management with clients
- Change request management in the client life cycle
- Align with required SAP sales teams, support with positioning of additional ECS offerings and contact renewal.
Key Skills:
- Operational SAP experience (SAP Basis, technical and functional) & knowledge of SAP culture & tools
- Deep understanding of private cloud environment & technologies/parties involved (SAP ECS)
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Self-confident and empathetic towards customer needs & internal colleagues
- Ability to manage stress and pressure, well organized, and efficient time management
- Service Delivery Management experience (nice-to-have)
