Summary: The Clarity PPM Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, and administer the Clarity system for a 6-month contract, ensuring its smooth operation and performance. This fully remote role involves troubleshooting, user support, and compliance with internal policies. The position requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to align the system with business needs. The role is outside IR35 and offers a day rate contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Clarity system.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Monitor integrations with other business systems (eg, SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and offer training sessions.
- Manage user access, create user accounts, and oversee permissions to ensure data security.
- Deliver training collateral, including system demos, focus sessions, and workshops.
- Customise dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Manage queries, data extracts, and utilise Power BI for reporting.
- Develop standard and tailored dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
- Work closely with IT, project management teams, and other departments to align the system with business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation (configuration settings, workflows, user manuals).
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and data security standards.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Design and manage a PMO SharePoint site for sharing processes and templates.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Clarity PPM tool.
- Familiarity with portfolio and programme management best practices.
- Experience with project, programme, and portfolio reporting frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis and creating dashboards with Power BI for decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive standards across teams.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work across multiple PMO teams.
- A relevant qualification in IT, business, or a related field is preferred.
