Summary: This contract role seeks a Civica CX reporting specialist with expertise in SSRS to enhance existing reports and create custom reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing Civica CX out-of-the-box reports and recommend improvements or replacements.
  • Design and build bespoke SSRS reports, including datasets, parameters, and report layouts.
  • Gather requirements through workshops and 1:1 sessions; translate needs into functional specifications.
  • Define acceptance criteria and support end-to-end testing and UAT, including defect triage and fixes.
  • Work with CX data structures to ensure accurate reporting across key housing management areas.
  • Maintain clear documentation and version control to support handover and future change.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.

  • Proven experience delivering reporting for Civica CX.
  • Strong SSRS reporting skills, including building and optimising reports.
  • Ability to assess and tweak out-of-the-box CX reports and create bespoke reports where needed.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering experience.

This contract role requires a Civica CX reporting specialist with strong SSRS capability to review out-of-the-box Civica CX reports, refine them where appropriate, and develop bespoke reporting where required. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather and translate reporting needs into clear, testable specifications and acceptance criteria, and you will support UAT to ensure delivery aligns to agreed scope and to prevent scope creep. A solid understanding of housing management processes and Civica CX data structures is essential, alongside excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be responsible for delivering all Civica CX reporting within a three-month timeframe, balancing pace with quality, documentation, and stakeholder management.
