Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Citrix NetScaler load balancing solutions, including HA Pair virtual NetScalers for layer 7 load balancing to Back End VPN services.
• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft AlwaysOnVPN (AOVPN) solutions.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of VPN services through effective load balancing and configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and secure remote access solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix NetScaler and AOVPN configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
