Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-level virtualization and application delivery solutions.
• Utilize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix DaaS technologies.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Work with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and XenServer.
• Handle Windows Networking, Active Directory, storage solutions, and datacenter technologies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure engineering/implementation experience.
• Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops / Citrix DaaS.
• 5+ years of Azure Virtual Desktop experience.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and XenServer.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Networking, Active Directory, and storage technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Cloud certifications (AZ-104, AZ-140, AWS SysOps, AWS Solutions Architect) are an advantage.
• Experience with Windows 365, AWS Workspaces, Nerdio, iGEL is a plus.
