Summary: The role of Citrix Cloud/VDI Specialist involves leading the migration from legacy on-premise technology to a Citrix and Cloud (Azure) solution for a Europe-wide project. The successful candidate will be part of an international team managing Citrix farms and will contribute to the strategic direction of the Virtual Desktop estate. A strong design and integration mindset is essential for supporting future cloud-based services. The position allows for remote work and requires operation through an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute significantly to and assist with the delivery and maintenance of the Virtual Desktop roadmap, in conjunction with relevant Tech Specialists & architects.
• Develop virtual desktop and application hosting offerings to support local & global requirements.
• Develop business cases for usage of the correct desktop platforms to local and global customers.
• Ensure all relevant project proposals align with the global strategy and are optimised for the end users.
• Keep track of technical debt and provide solutions to mitigate.
