Job Description: We are looking for a resource who has the following experience.

• CUCM Upgrade
• High Level Project Plan

Required

• Back up production cluster- Create a full backup of the existing CUCM 14.X production cluster and store it on the designated SFTP server.
• Build lab environment- Install and configure a 10-node CUCM 14.X cluster in the lab to mirror the production setup.
• Restore production configuration- Take a fresh configuration backup from production and restore it onto the lab cluster.
• Upgrade CUCM- Perform the upgrade from 14.X to 15.X (or the latest supported version) within the lab.
• Lab testing- Validate functionality, integrations, call flows, and endpoints in the upgraded lab environment.
• Coordinate VM migration- Work with the datacenter team to migrate the upgraded VMs from the lab environment into production.
• Plan production cutover- Collaborate with the UCSF internal team to schedule and execute the changeover from CUCM 14.X to 15.X.
• Resolve upgrade issues- Address any issues arising during or after the upgrade process.
• Provide post-cutover support- Deliver Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 support to ensure stability and smooth operations.
