Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic Childcare Solicitor position with a great authority in the West Midlands.
This Childcare Solicitor role will be for an initial 3-6 month period, with a possibility of extension. As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters. Main duties will include:
- Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children matters
- Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
- Drafting documents, including statements and threshold agreements
This role can be worked on a remote basis, however attendance at court is required for some types of hearings.
