Childcare Locum Lawyer

The role:

We are seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join one of our long-standing local authority clients whilst they undertake a permanent recruitment process.

This is a fully remote role in which you will manage a busy caseload of both care and pre-proceedings matters. This is a case management role only; however, if preferred, there is the opportunity to undertake some remote advocacy.

The successful applicant will work as part of an experienced team of lawyers with excellent paralegal support.

Person specification:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with sufficient PQE to undertake the role with minimal supervision. Ideally, applicants will have previous local authority experience.
