An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly and well-supported Local Authority childcare team based in the South East.
This position for a Childcare Lawyer is to start late April, and will be ongoing for at least 6 months, to cover a maternity leave.
The Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for managing up to 10 cases in proceedings. Although our client would prefer for a candidate to undertake advocacy, they are willing to consider candidates who would prefer to solely manage a caseload.
This opportunity can be offered on a fully remote working basis. Full-time hours over 5 days per week would be preferred.
