  • Create use cases, process flows, data mappings, and gap analyses for child support enforcement activities (e.g., case initiation, enforcement, collections, intergovernmental cases).
  • Support system design, testing (UAT), and implementation efforts.
  • Ensure alignment with state child support policies.
  • Conduct impact analysis for system changes and new regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for test planning and verification of system functionality.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, JAD sessions, and status reporting.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Child Support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IV-D child support programs, case processing, and associated federal/state regulations.
  • Experience working on legacy modernization or integrated eligibility systems is a plus.

Skilled in documenting workflows, identifying process improvements, and supporting the development and testing of child support applications. Familiar with federal and state policies related to child support programs, data exchanges, and eligibility rules. Proven ability to drive system enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
