You will be responsible for the financial leadership of the organisation, ensuring robust financial planning, risk management, and performance to support their mission and vision. Responsibilities:Lead the financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board on all financial matters.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.Oversee investment and funding strategies, including treasury management and fundraising.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence.Act as a key figure in driving value for money across all services and projects.Ensure the organisation s financial systems and procedures are efficient, effective, and fit for purpose.Skills and Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the housing, social enterprise, or non-profit sector.ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including board members.Demonstrable experience in financial planning, risk management, and driving financial performance.
