Summary: The Chapter Leader Internship at the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership, management, and event planning while positively impacting their peers. Interns will manage chapter operations, organize events, and connect with fellow students to foster leadership growth. This role emphasizes personal development and community contribution within a supportive and flexible environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about leadership and eager to make a difference on their campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of NSLS on your campus and run day-to-day chapter operations
- Lead and organize meaningful events that help students grow as leaders
- Build and manage your own student Executive Board
- Connect with students and inspire them to take part in something meaningful
- Partner with NSLS National Office and faculty advisors to develop your skills and lead your chapter
- Run on-campus and virtual events like info sessions, orientations, and outreach campaigns
Key Skills:
- Full-time college students with a GPA of 3.0+ and at least 2 semesters left
- Passionate campus leaders (previous experience is great but not required!)
- Strong communicators who thrive in team settings and love to take initiative
- People who are flexible, organized, and ready to roll up their sleeves
- Ability to commit to 5-7 hours per week
