Summary: The Change Manager for Oracle Finance will lead change management activities for an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, focusing on Oracle General Ledger. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Expertise/experience with Oracle Financials - especially around core GL.
- 5+ years of experience in change management roles.
- Proven experience implementing change in complex environments.
- Strong OCM communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Change management certification is a plus but not required.
- Banking or Financial Services experience (nice to have).
