Key Responsibilities:
- Assess change impacts and identify high-level implications by audience.
- Define and execute change plans aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain continuous alignment with central implementation planning.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify relevant training resources.
- Provide input for departmental communication plans.
- Drive engagement activities to launch new structures and ways of working.
- Define adoption focus areas based on leadership and employee feedback.
Key Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience as a dedicated Change Manager.
- Proven track record in large-scale, complex change programs, ideally operating model transformations within Finance.
- Expert knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills (VP level and above).
- Ability to simplify complexity and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a Finance-wide Operating Model Transformation program designed to position the organization for long-term success. This initiative focuses on three key areas: modernizing technology to accelerate AI and automation adoption, increasing speed and agility by reducing complexity, and investing wisely to drive sustainable growth.
As part of the Finance Change Management team, reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will support high-impact changes across operating models, technology, processes, and culture. Your role will enable leadership to lead change effectively and ensure smooth adoption across multiple Finance departments.
