Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and chair CAB meetings for reviewing and approving changes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM change management policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on change success rates, failed changes, and unauthorized changes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Work closely with Release, Incident, and Problem Management teams for integrated service delivery.
