Summary: The Change Management Communications Consultant will develop and execute communication strategies for system implementation and launch, ensuring clear messaging for various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for system implementation and launch.
- Create clear, user-friendly communications for customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop communication materials including FAQs, fact sheets, website content, emails, presentations, talking points, and outreach materials.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible, audience-focused messaging.
- Support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives.
- Advise project leadership on communication timing, messaging, and outreach approaches.
- Participate in project meetings and provide communication recommendations.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with branding and accessibility standards.
