Summary: My client, a global organization, is seeking an experienced Change and Communications Specialist for an initial 12-month contract. The role involves managing communications activities, creating engaging content, and supporting strategic initiatives during a significant change period. The specialist will work closely with the CIO and Transformation Programme Manager to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational priorities. This position is remote, with occasional travel across Europe and the UK.

My client, a Global organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Change and Communications Specialist for an initial 12 month contract to start ASAP. This role will work with the CIO to manage day-to-day communications activity, create engaging content and support strategic initiatives such as change programmes, integration plans and leadership messaging. The aim is to produce consistent, high quality communications and internal content during a period of significant change ensuring employees are kept well informed, engaged and aligned with the strategic priorities for the integration, growth and success of the organisation. The role will work closely with the Transformation Programme Manager to align communications, content and key messaging ahead of the full integration of the two teams. This role will be working remotely, occasionally across Europe and in the UK. The role is initially for 12 months likely to extend beyond and is OUTSIDE IR35. Apply for immediate consideration.
