Key Responsibilities:
- Integrating, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Designing, developing, and implementing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Modifying applications, forms, workflows, interfaces, and other customizations to support ITIL processes.
- Performing day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Configuring ServiceNow modules based on business needs and best practices.
- Performing system integration tasks with third-party tools and applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and user guides.
