Certified Servicenow GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Module Configuration: Implement and configure core ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. I1, 21
• Platform Development: Design customized forms, business rules, script includes, Ul policies, and flow designers using JavaScript. E1, 2, 3]
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. 11, 21
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from legal, compliance, and IT security teams to translate them into technical solutions, [1. 21
• Testing & Support: Create automated test frameworks, perform unit testing, and provide ongoing maintenance for deployed GRC applications. EL, 2, 31

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated specifically to the GRC/IRM suite.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), Service Portal, and Ul Builder.
• Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance, or CIS-IRM.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST), control testing, and regulatory compliance
