Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB.
• Support the implementation of CMDB processes and standards based on ITIL best practices; work with senior analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate CI relationships and data quality.
• Help perform routine audits and reconciliation of CMDB data.
• Document CMDB procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives; provide basic reporting and support for CMDB-related queries.
• Process engineering and enhancement to uphold high standards of service delivery and customer value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Clear communicator with ability to escalate risk as necessary and provide quality status updates.
