Summary: The role of Cerner Radiology Consultant requires at least 10 years of experience with Cerner Millennium and expertise in multiple Cerner solutions, particularly in Radiology, CVNet, and PACS. The consultant will be responsible for resolving complex issues, providing subject matter expertise, and supporting Cerner applications through enhancements and incident management. The position involves guiding customers through workflows and system changes while maintaining strong relationships with peers and clients. This is a remote position that demands a deep understanding of Cerner architecture and related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex issues in a timely manner and provide SME advice.
- Support Cerner applications, enhancements, incident management, and projects.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, change management, and document knowledge articles.
- Guide customers through workflows, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
- Resolve escalated problems and issues during operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Work in support services and on-call environment.
- Understand Cerner Millennium architecture and data model.
- Have a basic or good understanding of CCL, Discern Visual developer, and Olympus.
- Knowledge of ticketing tool ServiceNOW and ITIL process is beneficial.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and customers.
