Summary: The CCA / TCS Integration Consultant role is a long-term remote position focused on supporting and enhancing Healthcare IT systems, specifically CCA and TCS platforms. The consultant will be responsible for platform stability, upgrades, production support, and integrating AI capabilities. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in healthcare workflows and technical skills in SQL Server and .NET/C#. The role involves collaboration with engineering, business, and operations teams to ensure effective system performance and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for CCA and TCS platforms, including UI, batch jobs, workflows, UM/CM modules, and integrations.
  • Support production, non-production, and lower environments with strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call and incident management rotations as required.
  • Lead and support CCA & TCS version upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments.
  • Perform impact analysis, validation, and regression testing support post-upgrade.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and risk.
  • Design and implement business enhancements, custom code, extensions, and remediation activities.
  • Support new feature rollouts and configuration changes aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives including automation of clinical workflows and integration of AI/ML capabilities into CCA/TCS ecosystem.
  • Support CCA & TCS environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal teams.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in CCA (Clinical Care Advance) and TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite).
  • Experience with CCA & TCS upgrades, hotfix deployments, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare workflows (Clinical, UM, CM, Claims).
