CargoWise Implementation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Coppell, TX that is seeking a CargoWise Implementation Specialist.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Wise Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of the CargoWise One platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CargoWise functionalities, particularly in system configuration, third-party integrations, and end-to-end implementation processes within logistics and freight forwarding environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in CargoWise One implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
* Design and execute integration strategies between CargoWise and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, TMS, EDI platforms)
* Customize and configure CargoWise modules to align with business processes and operational requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the CargoWise platform
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience with CargoWise One implementation, Integration, support, and customization
* Strong understanding of logistics verticals, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, and supply chain management
* Understanding of eHub and eAdaptor configuration a plus
* End to end understanding of new customer onboarding process on CargoWise
* Handheld device Implementation for Warehouses with CargoWise
* Experience setting up Company Tariffs and Client Rates in CargoWise a plus
* Experience with electronic invoicing as per countries specification a plus
* Must have worked on migration from other WMS to CargoWise and worked on post migration support activities
* Familiarity with MDM Governance Program
* Understanding of processes related to migrating from other TMS/WMS platforms to CargoWise
* Proficiency in ERP implementation and support, particularly in a multi-national environment
* Experience with workflow template setup and configuration in CargoWise One
* Strong operational expertise in CargoWise One across Freight Forwarding, Warehouse, and Customs Brokerage modules
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with technical support experience
* Familiarity with system monitoring tools
* Proficiency in project management, including UAT and production releases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
