Summary: The Talent Management Analyst/Talent Acquisition & Performance Management Lead role is a remote position focused on supporting talent management modules and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The candidate will be responsible for preparing executive-level presentations, managing system configurations, and overseeing performance management processes. Extensive experience in PeopleSoft and related technologies is essential for success in this role. The position also involves cross-functional communication and strategic planning to enhance talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations.
- Gather and present data for audits and open records requests.
- Interpret contractual language and integrate it into workflows.
- Support Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, Performance Management).
- Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials.
- Perform system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and Performance Management.
- Create and manage a strategic roadmap for talent management.
- Manage the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for PeopleSoft systems.
- Utilize technical skills with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects.
- Support and oversee Recruiting or Performance Management batch jobs.
- Utilize support tools such as PUM, Fluid, and Elastic Search.
- Ensure security best practices and NIST standards are followed.
- Develop test scripts and execute UAT and regression testing for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements.
- Support cross-module integrations within a large ERP environment.
- Apply ITIL principles for IT service management and asset management.

Education and Experience »
- Experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.: 10 years.
- Experience gathering and presenting applicable data in support of a variety of audits and open records requests.: 10 years.
- Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements: 10 years.
- Extensive experience supporting the Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management): 8 years.
- Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.: 8 years.
- Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management.: 8 years.
- Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communication: 8 years.
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for a Peoplesoft recruiting system, and/or Performance Management: 8 years.

- Extensive experience developing test scripts and executing structured UAT and regression testing for PeopleSoft HCM functional enhancements, patches, and PUM updates.: 8 years.
- Experience supporting cross module integrations within a large ERP environment, including troubleshooting data flow issues, coordinating with technical teams, and resolving integration failures across HR, Recruiting, or Performance Management modules.: 8 years.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business: 3 years.

- Experience administering OnBoarding-related security and workflow routing, including resolving new hire access issues, task failures, role assignments, and onboarding workflow discrepancies.: 6 years.

- Experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk Support for a large network (30 or more) of agencies with a Managed Services vendor providing Tier 3.: 6 years.
