Summary: The CAPPS PeopleSoft Financial System Analyst role involves working primarily in a remote capacity with occasional on-site requirements in Austin, Texas. The position demands extensive experience with PeopleSoft systems, particularly in accounting and payroll functionalities. Candidates must have a strong background in integration, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting within PeopleSoft environments. Previous experience with the State of Texas is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) PeopleSoft Financial System.
- Integrate PeopleSoft with third-party applications using Integration Broker and Web Services.
- Conduct upgrades, application tuning, and deployment activities for PeopleSoft systems.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft XML/BI Publisher reports.
- Install the latest PUM images using PeopleSoft Update Manager & Change Assistant.
- Administer PeopleSoft applications, including configuring application servers, web servers, and process schedulers.
- Troubleshoot and isolate technical problems related to application and web servers.
- Work within a Linux/RedHat environment and Oracle 19c or higher.
- Utilize PeopleSoft Financials Application release of 9.2.
- Employ PeopleSoft development tools using PeopleTools 8.51x or higher.
- Administer Quest STAT for PeopleSoft code deployments.
- Support Education Materials, Grants, and Cash Receipts functionality.
