Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional configuration skills, including configuring workflow and creating queries.
  • Set up tables related to job codes, positions, departments, and compensation.
  • Understand HR business units, Set IDs, and table structures.
  • Distribute forms and build interface files in accordance with IRS regulations.
  • Utilize technical skillsets for tools such as Application Designer and Integration Broker.
  • Customize reports using SQR and BI Publisher.
  • Demonstrate SQL proficiency.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an PeopleSoft HCM Functional Architect for our premier client in Austin, Texas.



Education and Experience »

  • 15 Required Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws.
  • 15 Required Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.
  • 12 Required Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

  • Responsible for functional configuration skills, including, but not limited to
  • Configuring workflow (AWE-Approval Workflow Engine)
  • Creating queries using PS/Query and SAP Business Objects
  • Setting up tables (job codes, positions, departments, compensation, etc.)
  • Understanding HR business units, Set IDs, and Table structures
  • Distribute forms in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
  • Successfully build interface files for electronic transmission and filing in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
  • Responsible for technical skillsets for applicable tools, including, but not limited to:
  • Understanding Application Designer (records, fields, pages, components)
  • Integration Broker (Web Services, REST/SOAP Integrations)
  • SQR and BI Publisher report customization
  • SQL Proficiency.
