Summary: We are looking for a Camunda Architect with extensive experience in orchestration, Java, and microservices, particularly in telecom billing systems like CSG and Amdocs. The role involves architecting and developing Order Management Applications, optimizing telecom billing integrations, and implementing Java web services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in designing large-scale enterprise applications. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, configure, and test Order Management Applications with a strong focus on Camunda Orchestration.
  • Develop scalable and high-performing Java-based Microservices for telecom applications.
  • Build and optimize telecom billing integrations (CSG, Amdocs) within enterprise environments.
  • Leverage XML technologies (XQUERY, XPATH, XSLT) for data transformation and service orchestration.
  • Implement and maintain Java web services (SOAP, WSDL, RESTful APIs) to ensure seamless system communication.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) best practices to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
  • Utilize DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (ANT, Maven, Jenkins) to streamline deployment and testing.
  • Drive technical thought leadership, providing guidance across multiple applications and business units.
  • Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and governance standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend cloud adoption strategies (AWS).

  • Expertise in Camunda studio and admin tools, and integration strategies.
