JOB DESCRIPTION
Need strong Operations person from a marketing background. Need someone coming from fast paced companies like Meta, etc.
We have a great opportunity to continue growing a team where we have four people currently on project today. This is an urgent need, with committed process, and eagerness to hire within the next 10 business days, so please have references ready to go for any candidate you submit.
Please note this role is heavy Stakeholder/Calendar/Project Management, but should have someone that comes from/and knows the Marketing Environment.
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- 8+ years of demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations, business operations, analytics or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills
- Proven experiences with project management tools such as Asana
- Proven expertise in driving org-wide transformational projects, strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity with minimal guidance
- Strong change management background and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across global, regional, and technical teams
