Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications) within the Adobe Campaign platform.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other systems, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and other data sources via APIs.
- Manage data ingestion processes and ensure proper data flow for campaign activation.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to gather requirements and align on Campaign objectives.
- Review the requirements and ensure completeness in support of campaigns.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation tools with at least 3 years in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Hands-on experience in Technical/Campaign Workflows, knowledge in external account configuration, data schema.
- Hands-on experience in build, execute and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Good Understanding of Experience Cloud Integrated architecture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
