Summary: The Cadence Analyst role involves supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows and referral and authorization processes within Epic applications. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams. Certifications in Epic Referral & Authorization and MyChart are mandatory, while Cadence certification is preferred. This is a remote contract position with specific working hours in the PST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling.
- Assist with referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and referral templates.
- Support or build Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows.
- Serve as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively across Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications.
Key Skills:
- Experience with MyChart self-scheduling workflows.
- Experience with referral and authorization workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design workflows.
- Epic Referral & Authorization certification.
- Epic MyChart certification.
