Summary: The Cadence Analyst role involves supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows and referral and authorization processes within Epic applications. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams. Certifications in Epic Referral & Authorization and MyChart are mandatory, while Cadence certification is preferred. This is a remote contract position with specific working hours in the PST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling.
  • Assist with referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and referral templates.
  • Support or build Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows.
  • Serve as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively across Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design workflows.

Working Title: Cadence Analyst

Schedule: REMOTE, M-F 0800-1700 PST (non-local candidates okay)

Experience required for the position:

Experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct scheduling and open scheduling

Experience supporting referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues, referral templates, and complex rule build

Experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow design skills

Ability to serve as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives while collaborating effectively across Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications

Certifications required:

Epic Referral & Authorization certification required

Epic MyChart certification required

Epic Cadence certification preferred
