Summary: Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst specializing in CAD for a long-term initiative with a major transportation client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on standardizing and cleansing facility and real estate asset data to establish a consistent CAD baseline for the client's Smart Properties Technology team. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Standardization: Create, manipulate, and cleanse complex CAD plans to ensure all facility and real estate assets meet rigorous corporate standards.
- Baseline Establishment: Develop and maintain a consistent CAD baseline to accelerate the readiness of physical infrastructure documentation.
- Technical Asset Management: Perform deep-dive cleansing of legacy architectural and engineering drawings to ensure data integrity across the property portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Smart Properties Technology team to align CAD deliverables with broader asset management and technology goals.
- Remote Coordination: Manage project timelines independently while maintaining regular communication with the leadership team in the Eastern Time Zone.
