Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, execute, and evaluate load, stress, and performance tests (NeoLoad, JMeter, Gatling)
- Identify bottlenecks and support root cause analysis with developers and architects
- Perform performance analysis for SAP applications using onboard tools
- Monitor application and service availability using APM solutions (Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, CNCF tools)
- Prepare and communicate test results for both management (business-oriented) and development teams (technical)
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable colleagues in testing and monitoring practices
- Set up and maintain load-generation infrastructure (NeoLoad controllers, load generators, CI/CD integration)
Key Skills:
- 4+ years hands-on experience with a performance testing tool (NeoLoad, JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
- Practical experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, ideally Dynatrace
- Knowledge of SAP performance analysis is a strong advantage
- 2+ years experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured way of working
- Fluent German (at least C1, written and spoken) and good English skills
