Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to define and refine business strategy and processes aligned with market trends in Life Sciences / Healthcare
- Lead business transformation initiatives and deliver high-impact consulting engagements
- Provide leadership in Veeva Safety implementation and deployment
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions
- Define and implement data integration strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop ROI-driven business cases for analytics and transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of healthcare analytics / cognitive solutions (e.g., Watson Health ecosystem)
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and implementation planning
- Collaborate with program/project managers to ensure successful delivery timelines
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure solutions meet HIPAA compliance standards
- Support solution architecture discussions and business value articulation
Key Skills:
- Proven consulting experience (client-facing roles)
- Veeva Safety Certified with at least 1 end-to-end implementation
- Strong experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain
- Expertise in business transformation & process improvement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
