Our Fortune 100 client has a fully REMOTE opening for a Business Systems Consultant on an 11-month contract with the possibility for extensions. Your role would focus on helping to establish, stabilize, and provide continued support to a post-implementation sustainment model for an implementation of Workday; this would involve process design and socumentation, release readiness activities, transition support, identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities, etc. Please note that while this is a fully remote opening, all work must be performed from within the US and will generally follow an ET schedule.
This role would provide immediate execution support to help establish and stabilize the core sustainment model, including:
- process design and documentation
- incident, request, and enhancement management support
- release and annual cycle readiness activities
- operational handoff and transition support
- action tracking and follow-through across sustainment deliverables
- identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
- planning support for post-go-live stabilization and transition into sustainment
