Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, experience with web/GUI apps, large/mid-size environments.
Technical Skills: Experience with, workflow automation, basic scripting, SQL/reporting, Agentic AI, representative facing applications, CRM
Methodologies: Familiarity with TeleManagement Forum (TM Forum), Agile, industry best practices, and standards.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
