Summary: The Business Systems Analyst for Healthcare with ServiceNow is responsible for facilitating the development of business case proposals and documentation of business requirements for healthcare projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and implementing solutions that align with healthcare regulations. The analyst will also support project analysts and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position is contract-based and remote, focusing on improving healthcare processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience with Business Process Tools like Visio.
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps.

Role: Business Systems Analyst Healthcare with ServiceNow

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Remote)

Type: Contract

  • Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare
  • Sr. BA for US healthcare project to assist assigned clients with development of initial and/or final business case proposals for submission to the appropriate review and approval authority.
  • Proposal development includes the project scope definition, objectives, and estimated resource requirements, costs and benefits and timelines.
  • Assist business owners in development and documentation of business requirements, functional specifications and test cases during project implementation.
  • Developing and implementing solutions that align with business needs and healthcare regulations. The Business Analyst monitors and assists with skill development of project analysts assigned to support his/her project related assignments.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for facilitating meeting with organization
