Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Telecom BSS solutions across billing, CRM, and order management systems
- Work on customer lifecycle management including order capture, provisioning, billing, and customer support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OSS, network, and IT teams
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Perform system integration, testing, and deployment of BSS components
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support digital transformation initiatives within telecom BSS landscape
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Telecom BSS domain
- Hands-on experience with billing systems, CRM, and order management
- Knowledge of telecom processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C), Lead-to-Order (L2O)
- Experience with tools/platforms such as:
- Amdocs / NetCracker / Ericsson BSS
- Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, Salesforce (preferred)
- Understanding of APIs, Microservices, and system integration
- Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux environments
- Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM)
