Summary: The Business Planning Analyst role involves supporting global sales operations through vendor invoice validation, report creation, and alignment of workforce planning with financial controls. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate monthly and quarterly vendor invoices for global outsourcing partners
- Create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and Excel to support vendor performance and planning
- Lead monthly spend deep-dives, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
- Support SPIFF/incentive forecasting and vendor expansion strategy
- Partner with internal regional leads and external vendor contacts across EMEA, APAC, and NORAM
Key Skills:
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formula writing
- Experience working in a data-heavy environment, such as invoice validation, financial operations, or workforce analysis
- Strong communication skills — confident engaging with both internal teams and external vendor stakeholders
- SQL skills or experience with enterprise reporting tools (bonus)
- Experience in outsourcing, vendor management, workforce operations, or shared services (bonus)
- Background in forecasting, capacity planning, or performance reporting (bonus)
