Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead end-to-end change management strategies and execution plans for consolidating legacy partner programs into a unified global partner program.
- Define change impact assessments, readiness criteria, adoption metrics, and success measures for each migrating program.
- Build and maintain a master transition roadmap, sequencing migration waves to minimize partner and business disruption.
- Executive Governance & Leadership Forums
- Own the planning, agenda setting, and facilitation of Steering Committee (SteerCo), business reviews, and executive decision forums supporting program transitions.
- Prepare executive-ready materials that clearly communicate key decisions, risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and program status.
- Drive follow-through on executive decisions, ensuring action items are tracked, managed, and closed across workstreams.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison across program teams, legacy program owners, GTM Finance, Legal, Technology, Marketing, and partner-facing teams throughout the transition.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal stakeholders impacted by program changes.
- Establish feedback loops to proactively surface partner and stakeholder concerns, ensuring issues are routed to the appropriate owners for resolution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain clear communication across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Risk & Readiness Management
- Identify and assess transition risks, including partner attrition, revenue disruption, process gaps, and technology/system dependencies.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize business and customer impact.
- Partner with Training, Enablement, and Support teams to ensure internal and partner-facing readiness ahead of each migration wave.
- Track and report migration health, adoption, readiness, and risk status to senior leadership.
- Program Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement
- Establish repeatable playbooks, templates, governance frameworks, and processes to standardize future program migrations and transitions.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms tracking migration progress, adoption, risks, and overall program health.
- Capture lessons learned from each migration wave and continuously refine the change management strategy, processes, and governance model.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Change Management, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational, business, or system transitions.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder program consolidations, migrations, or transformations, preferably within partner, channel, or ecosystem programs.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating and driving senior leadership forums, Steering Committees, business reviews, and decision forums.
- Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations and actionable decisions for executive audiences.
- Deep stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across GTM, Product, Legal, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and partner-facing organizations.
- Strong experience in change impact assessment, organizational readiness, adoption planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Change management certification such as Prosci ADKAR preferred.
- Experience with partner/channel programs, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, or B2B SaaS ecosystems is a plus.
