Summary: The role of Contract BI & Data Analyst involves supporting a UK organization in a time-sensitive 3-month project focused on building dbt models and delivering dashboards. Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of multiple UK initiatives within a fixed 3-month window
- Build and maintain reusable dbt models underpinning KPI reporting
- Update dashboards to reflect new processes, tasks, and timings
- Enable stakeholders to understand and act on data insights
- Design, build, and maintain complex dbt models using SQL
- Develop and enhance dashboards (primarily Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools)
- Deliver reporting across multiple operational pathways, covering activity, performance, and engagement metrics
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured analytics and actionable outputs
- Work closely with non-technical stakeholders, explaining insights and technical constraints clearly
- Respond pragmatically to changing priorities within tight timelines
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial experience in BI / data analytics
- Advanced SQL with hands-on dbt experience (essential)
- Strong dashboarding / data visualisation capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to tell a clear story with data
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and imperfect data
- UK-based, fluent English

Role Objectives:
