Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients across European markets.
- Engage with senior decision-makers (e.g., CxO level, Heads of Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Sourcing, Warehousing, Logistics) and open doors to consulting engagements.
- Leverage your existing network and knowledge of the pharma, biotech, life sciences, or chemical manufacturing sectors to build trust and credibility.
- Manage your sales funnel – from outreach to closing – with support from our leadership team.
- Collaborate with our consulting partners to shape tailored solutions for strategic transformation, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Key Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and relationship building.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, services, or industry-specific environments.
- Strong network and understanding of pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or supply chain is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); German, French, or additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
