Summary: The Business Development & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's LinkedIn presence to drive lead generation for technology solutions and marketing services. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a strong ability to engage with C-level executives. The position offers flexibility with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and has the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn presence through daily content creation and posting
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Connect with target prospects including CTOs, CEOs, COOs, and CMOs
- Conduct business email outreach campaigns
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
- Generate and nurture leads for both technology solutions and marketing services
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Monitor and engage with LinkedIn community interactions
