Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business requirements gathering and translate them into detailed technical specifications for data ingestion.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams for data integration.
- Ensure smooth and efficient data integration from multiple source systems into Microsoft Fabric.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a data-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar products and Medallion Architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage principles.
- Experience with Power BI and other Microsoft data visualization tools (preferred).
- Exposure to Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure data services (preferred).
- Familiarity with industry standards for data security and compliance (preferred).

Required Skills and Qualifications
