Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Systems Analyst /PO supporting initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform hands on data analysis using SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, TEs, and performance optimized queries
- Analyze data discrepancies, trends, and patterns to support business decisions
- Validate data outputs, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Support data driven use cases, integrations, and downstream system consumption
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and signal off
- Work closely with developers, QA, and data teams for end to end delivery

- Knowledge in GBD business
- Hands on expertise in SQL, including complex queries for data analysis.
- Solid understanding of data models, relational databases, and data flows

- Ability to clearly articulate requirements to both technical and non technical stakeholders

The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business and technology teams, perform deep data analysis, and support end to end requirements gathering, validation, and reporting.
