Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Systems Analyst /PO supporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform hands on data analysis using SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, TEs, and performance optimized queries
  • Analyze data discrepancies, trends, and patterns to support business decisions
  • Validate data outputs, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Support data driven use cases, integrations, and downstream system consumption
  • Participate in UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and signal off
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and data teams for end to end delivery

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA)/PO with GBD business experience and hands on expertise in advanced SQL/data analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business and technology teams, perform deep data analysis, and support end to end requirements gathering, validation, and reporting.
