Summary: The role of Data Business Analyst focuses on leveraging supply chain expertise to connect business requirements with data-driven solutions. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to create impactful dashboards and reporting solutions. This position is fully remote and offers a long-term freelance opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics and experience with SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Define business value, KPIs, and reporting needs.
- Prioritize requirements and dashboard features based on business impact.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and Data Analysts to validate data availability and quality.
- Design dashboard mock-ups and wireframes with a strong focus on user experience (UX/UI).
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of analytics solutions.
- Create test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce clear documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and business requirements.
Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain environments.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, particularly MM and SD modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into data visualization solutions and dashboard designs.
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering capabilities.
