Summary: Proven Security Cleared Business Continuity SME is needed to assist a government organization in replacing their current IT Tooling for Business Continuity Service Management. The role focuses on driving continual improvements in Business Continuity processes, requiring expertise in Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity, ideally with ServiceNow. The position demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, along with experience in BCM software implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in replacing current IT Tooling for Business Continuity Service Management.
- Support the organization in driving continual improvements to Business Continuity processes.
- Implement BCM software, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.
- Write technical and business requirements.
- Facilitate continuity exercises and audits.
- Manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on Business Continuity metrics.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Continuity & IT Service Continuity planning.
- Experience in implementing BCM software, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
- Strong understanding of resilience and recovery technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Membership of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) or equivalent is desirable.
