What the Job Is

Help evaluate and improve the business reasoning of advanced AI models.

Complete project-based assignments involving management consulting, corporate strategy, market analysis, pricing, growth, operations, and implementation planning.

Review AI-generated analyses, recommendations, presentations, and written deliverables.

Develop clear scoring criteria that define what makes a response strong, acceptable, incomplete, or incorrect.

Identify unsupported conclusions, missing analyses, weak assumptions, poor prioritization, and impractical recommendations.

Explain your evaluations through concise, structured written feedback.

Participate in occasional task-development, rubric-writing, or quality-review assignments.

What We Require

Professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a closely related field.

Experience producing or reviewing client-facing analyses, presentations, recommendations, or executive deliverables.

Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems and identify the issues that matter most.

Ability to distinguish rigorous strategic reasoning from polished but generic language.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Experience reviewing junior team members, developing case materials, creating evaluation standards, or leading quality review is strongly preferred.

Previous experience with AI training, human-data projects, rubric writing, or model evaluation is preferred but not required.

Pay and Engagement

Fully remote, independent contract work.

Flexible scheduling with no fixed weekly-hour requirement unless stated for a specific project.

Project availability and volume may vary.

High-performing contributors may receive access to additional task-development and review work.
